Thanks for your feedback. In in upgraded from windows 7 starter to home premium using anytime upgrade. Last night I restored my netbook to factory settings, not realising that it would revert my netbook to starter.
I no longer have the product key for the upgrade and I have no idea how to reinstall home premium without paying for it again. Is there some way to review my purchase details, which would presumably confirm that i did buy the upgrade, and reinstall it? This thread is locked.
