I should have spent a bit more time explaining that this is a certificate in keychain. However, you can go fishing and hopefully find the bad cert. In my case, I removed all the bad certs that had expired or was revoked for whatever reason, and that did not work for me.
This is a problem with Keychain. Feel free to restore thereafter. Page content loaded. They're probably just saying you're not banned because they don't want to tell you straight up they don't want you in their server. Or they're just stupid and don't know how to work the server settings. That's what I think is happening here.
