If you require transportation beyond our normal "out-of-County" service area, we will assist you with public transportation arrangements.
The Cancellation Hot Line is for cancellations only. No other information will be taken from that line. Repeatedly no-showing your scheduled rides may impact your transportation. If a rider fails to cancel a trip at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, and driver arrives, but ride is not taken, this is considered a "no-show".
Repeatedly no-showing your rides may impact your transportation. Basic service is curb-to-curb, and drivers will assist passengers on and off the vehicle if so noted upon registration, or if requested at time of scheduling. If door-to-door service is required, you should make arrangements to have an escort accompany you on your ride.
Escorts are permitted to ride free of charge when a document from your medical provider is on file with BCT stating that the rider requires assistance to travel. If you are registering a child who is under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany the child to their appointment at no cost.
If you use your own vehicle or find someone willing to give you a ride to a qualified medical care location in lieu of using our transportation service, you can get mileage reimbursement. Click here for more information and a reimbursement form. The MATP provides rides in the least costly way to meet your needs. If a wheelchair becomes non-functioning while in transit, BCT will request assistance from the rider's emergency contact or BCT will dial for emergency professional assistance at the rider's expense.

Our Reservationist will be able to give you an approximate time your driver will arrive for you. Our drivers are considered "on time" if arriving within 15 minutes before or after the approximate pick-up time given, as well as arriving within 15 minutes after a scheduled return time. A one-time MATP application must be completed and signed. The MATP provider will give you information about how to schedule transportation, use the local program and about your rights.
Fixed Route Public Transportation Where public transit is available, county MATPs provide tokens, passes, scrip or reimbursement to eligible consumers to cover the fare for public or private transit services.
