My 2nd hard drive installed in the modular bay crashed. I bought a new one, but it was not formatted. I called tech support to find out how to boot my system to dos to format the drive the modular drive takes the same bay that my floppy does.
They told me to simply eject the XP setup disk after the format was complete and exit the install. Well, I followed their instructions, but the next time I went to boot the system, voila, the boot.
