South Central Community Action Program is a nonprofit organization based in Bloomington, Indiana that has served low-income people for more than 55 years.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals and families to achieve personal and economic independence. We serve more than 4, families annually, representing more than 9, individuals in Brown, Monroe, Morgan, and Owen counties. SCCAP has a multitude of programs and services that may interest you or your family.
